Okay, so I have purchased and installed MPEG Streamclip and started testing it out with the pieces of video footage that I had copied from my old hard drive. But when I go to do anything with the .TOD files that are on my camera or on other parts of the hard drive... nothing. Have I missed an intermediate stage or something? I still have hours of stuff on the camera itself that needs to be worked on. *sigh*

I believe that's MPEG2 so you'll need Apple's MPEG2 codec which you may purchase & download from the Apple Store.
