    I transferred a 2 hr and 45 minute region free DVD to Mpeg 4 using handbrake. I add it to my iTunes library, however it won't synch to my iPod. Why would that happen?

    How about a few more details, perhaps something more specific ?

    Does iTunes see your iPod ?
    Can iTunes sync other files with your iPod ?
    Does iTunes try to sync the video, then stop with an error message ? If so, what message ?

    Handbrake doesn't always make iPod compatible videos. Check your settings. Bitrate? Framesize?
