tsmuxer problem with sound

is anyone else having this problem?
so far its happened to me with Street kings and Rescue dawn blu ray dvds

i rip them to my drive then open the main m2ts file in tsmuxer i choose the 1080p res and the only english ac3 file and it always outputs the directors comments while the movie plays which sucks!!
then the DTS HD file says eng but when i output it its in french or spanish i try downconverting and get no sound or french the only other eng files ar PGS andwith them chosen i get no sound!!

can i get some help!? thanks
