    Hello everyone of this great column

    Question:
    How can I LOWER rsolution of a *.jpeg image?

    I need to do this so I can edit and manipulate the image in my favorite program - Microsoft PhotoDraw. This program will only accept medium and low resolution images.

    Use the resize function of Irfan View (http://www.irfanview.com) or Paint.net (http://www.getpaint.net). Or any other image editor.
