    Hi All,

Currently I'm using Nero Express for burning and it draws a clear distinction between data and DVD Video discs.

However, I would like to add a user data folder such as \DATA to an authored DVD for distributing related spreadsheets etc. on the same disk as the film.

How can I do this with Nero Express?

If it can't be done with Nero Express, what other program do you suggest and how should I go about it?

    Many thanks in advance,
    Francois

If I remember correctly....place your VIDEO_TS, AUDIO_TS, and your SIMPLE named folder (say.... DATA) together in one folder.
    Then use ImgTools:
    https://www.videohelp.com/tools/ImgTools
to create an .ISO image....then burn it to a disc.

There were two similar tools like this....one was MUCH better than the other....I hope this is indeed the better one.

To clarify....you will have three folders inside another "master" folder....then create an image...then burn.

Add your data folder at the same level as the Video_TS folder (actually, you don't have to with this method, but it is neater)

    Open Imgburn.

Click Write Files/Folders to Disc or go into Build Mode.

    Select the Video_TS folder first

Select any other folders you wish to include on your DVD (remember to take these folders into account when you calculate your video bitrates when authoring)

    Burn away.

No need to create an ISO first.
