    Why isnt my Image Grabber 2 working correctly? I have .Net 1.1, 1.1 Hotfix (KB928366), and .NET 2.0 Service Pack 1..... according to my add or remove programs

    i also have Directx9.0c, this is the problem i get when i try to open any video file....



    What am I doing wrong?

    Have you checked your display color settings? Are you using 32bit colors?

    Or try another imagegrabber software like Video Thumbnails Maker.
