    That accepts around 300 to 700mb file size, running time of 1 hour and can set these clips to private mode. Got any suggestion? Any input from you will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    I would try www.vimeo.com (500MB/week) and www.jaycut.com (unlimited upload)
