in Premiere, after I've edited the .M2V from a DVD PAL, when exporting the movie as DV PAL, how can I find out what interlacing mode should I use, betwen "upper field first" and "lower field first" ?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Agree. Set edit project and encoder to same as source. Avoid conversion. Most players don't care if original is TFF or BFF. They just want to know which.
Conversion is only needed for mixed TFF or BFF sources.Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.
