I was thinking about that and the possibility of that altering the future. Wouldn't you owning those shares affect the availability of them to the ones who then helped alter the value of them now? Possibly making them useless for future you.

After much thought I would have to bring Frank Miller's THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS with me. That would be the "book" I would pick.

I have many H.P. Lovecraft volumes but the one I linked to is supposedly the best collection of his stuff if you are only going to have one volume of his work. Ironically I don't have it but I probably have all the stories in it across all the volumes I do have.

I was being "silly" as I was referencing H.G. Wells' THE TIME MACHINE where the "hero" of the story goes into the future and his friends realize that a single book is missing from his library shelf and one of them ponders, "if you could only take one book which one would you take?"
