When playing a DVD with several episodes VLC often resizes the player at the beginning of each when using the "play all" option.
This happens with both pre-recorded and home-recorded DVD's when playing with the window maximized. I choose maximized over full screen as i like to have the controls handy, particularly the volume.
I have searched the options but cannot find anything to stop this. Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks.

VLC always sizes the window to the video when it starts playing a file. I don't think there's any way to inhibit this behavior.
WE DON'T WANT IT!
stop VLC resizing!
I second that....irritating as fuck.Originally Posted by pawn3d
