Please forgive me I am a noob to this. I have been using ConvertXtodvd 2.2 to convert avi files to dvd. When I play the dvd on my dvd player the image is cropped on the left and right hand sides. It doesn't appear to matter if I select full screen or widescreen, it does the same thing.
Am I doing something wrong? When I run the avi on the computer it looks great, widescreen as I would like the DVD to appear.
TIA
Mike

It's called overscan. When you play the finished DVD on the computer you see the entire picture, don't you?

Yes, it appears normal on my PC. I saw a sticky note on overscan. Now that I know what it is called I will check out the sticky.
Thank you. -
Resize it in ConvertXToDVD. Be sure to not screw up the aspect ratio.
