Blank DVD R dual layer discs??

I have seen for sale at various sites blank dvd r dual layer discs for sale.

This all sounds to good to be true - which means it usually is

Does this mean that my hours and days of stripping and encoding are over? can someone please give me some information as to these discs like what recorders can use them if any etc.

They're selling two sided disc's.

A dual layer disc requires a special recorder.
And no, you can't afford one.
