    I would,
Demux the audio and video using pgcdemux.
Add a delay or cut the ac3 audio using delaycut or use an audio editor like audacity.
Mux the new ac3 audio back to the original video using muxman.

Nope, follow Baldrick's instructions. Use VobBlanker to put the remuxed DVD back into the original. If this is an original retail DVD, then I think the audio would be in synch, so I suspect your source. Sometimes you just get what you pay for.

i have tried to load whole DVD (with menu) to TMPgenc author and it loads perfectly, i was even able to adjust delay -560ms but it will not load original menu....which is shame...

is there any authoring program where i can load whole dvd with menu, easily adjust delay in 1 track and keep menu intact and save with this setup?

i do not think if i demux and adjust delay and then use muxman or vobblanker to put it together..it will not keep menu and everything else intact i believe....

    is there any way....?

No, there is not a tool out there that will let you load up the whole disc, adjust the delay, then put it all back the way it was.

If you follow the advice given then you can fix the sync issue and keep all your menus. Baldrick and Manono have given you what you need to go on with.

  7. Can't you just use tmpgenc dvd author to fix the sync and then just replace the IFO with the menu? the files should be the same and the video was not changed, replacing the new IFO with the old one should work?
