how to use gom player for screen capture

when I right clicked on the gom player screen and then clicked on video, I see a submenu that mentions screen capture. But it doesnt say ho9w to start the capture. Does anyone here know

I've used the player in the past, but I wasn't aware of any capture function. Is that just a frame grab? Several players have that. I see on the GOM site that they also have a trancoder demo program. Or look around on their site: http://www.gomlab.com/eng/
