What is the problem you are having? Does it play commercial pressed discs with no problems? Or is the problem with burned DVD discs?

That player may only be available in your part of the world. I didn't find anything about it with a Google search. I am guessing you mean a 'Philco Mega Junior 400' model. If it has other names or info on the case, that might help in a search.

The Philco name is used on mostly Chinese exported devices. But you would probably need to know the actual Chinese manufacturer to find out more about it. If you could find someone locally to translate the Chinese script on the brochure, that may help.
