    Is there anybody out there that can help me resolve the following problem.
    I purchase avs video converter, install, and that sucker will simply not open. I tried everything to fix that but nothing is working. I am sending image of that error message when I'm trying to open program.
    Please, if anybody knows how to fix it e-mail me at docko4@comcast.net.
