    Hello,

I have a movie with hardcoded subs with different colors. The quality is pretty good, although I don't plan to use OCR at all; I would rather type everything myself than deal with OCR problems.

Since I can type pretty fast, that won't be a big deal. But what would kill me would be the subtitle start and end timing things; it would be a lot of work right there to do all that manually. What would be the best tool to extract just the times?

    Thank you.

Hardcoded subtitles do not contain timing info.
Anyway, you'll need a dedicated subtitle software such as
Aegisub or Subtitle Workshop. HTH and happy typing!

Well yeah, I know they don't.
I was looking for some OCR thingie that could at least tell me what the timing info was.
