Hi,
Sorry I could not find answer to this problem. After loading ISO image, FairUse Wizard goes through process of indexing of selected chain. Some movies are done without any error, however on two occasions whole process stopped at 32% and 44% for no particular reason. Any idea why?
Movies were ripped using DVD Decrypter.

If it's a fairly recent (within last 2-3 years) retail DVD, you might have to use anydvd or dvdfab hd decrypter
DVD Decrypter hasn't been updated for a few years against new copy protections
