decripter that brouses files not disc -freeware

having problems burning a file. decripter doesn't see it, rip it 4 me only gos off disc, nero 7 ultra burns it but when I load it into a dvd player I get a error message. file is in DIvex, thought that was the problem so I recoded in MPEG same result. any thoughts?

We need more information to be able to help you,
Are you making a dvd-video or just burning it as a data disc?
Have you tried with different dvd media? Because some dvd players don't like some media.
What was the error message in your dvd player?

I would try convert it to a dvd-video in NTSC format using DVD FLick.
