(not sure if this is the correct forum..)
anyone know were i can get ONLY adobe flash video encoder?
    (trial, not warez)

i want only that program, not flash or anything else, ive downloaded
the 403mb flash cs3 from adobe.com but i only want the damn flash video encoder..
it say when i try to install that the flash video encoder takes 39.1mb space, but
the stupid ******* **** ****** at adobe ****** have put in so much crap in it
so it requires 1.2 GB when i want to install only that small 39.1mb!!
i dont want all the shitty damn shared components and everything,
i only want the flash video encoder, nothing else..

is it possible? man im pissed! haha

    anyone knows?

the free trial can be had here
    http://www.download.com/Adobe-Flash-Professional/3000-6676_4-10018718.html

not sure how complete or useful the trial is, but if you want the real version it's $700.

what do you want to encode ? what ext/file format do you want

some say flash and they mean swf, others mean FLV

there is other software on the market that will create swf or flv files from avi etc.

and there is software that will play a swf file and create/export an avi file

but i really dislike that flash video encoder is 39mb but i have to install 1.2gb other cr**, when i just want flash video encoder..

so im looking for a stand alone version of it, without everything else..

I don't think it is available that way, i know i have never seen it mentioned

I would say your choice is install the complete CS3 or use one of the other programs

you could do the install and then try to selectively delete other files, but i think you will run into problems with that method

    Flv free encoders:

Riva, Avanti, Automen, xvid4psp, quick media converter, super, mediacoder, any video converter etc etc
I love it when a plan comes together!
