Hi, I know this has been answered in the past but I'm just not getting it. I recently bought a Canon HF10 and would like to convert my AVCHD files to something easier, like mpegs, avis and wmvs. I've tried using Super and another program and they all have issues. Some say they can't convert blueray, some say my OS doesn't cooperate (It's windows XP for crissake).

So my question is: what is the easiest way, the most simple, even if it means paying money, to get my m2ts files to these other formates?

Is the problem you can't play it or you want to downsize to save disk space? Are you contenplaitng downsizing the original file? Why did you buy an HD camcorder in the first place.
