Stream MKV to Xbox 360

Is there anyway to stream an mkv file with x264 video to the xbox 360 console? I got it to display thumbnails but it gives an error when I try to play it. WMC can play them fine on the computer.

Notice the word "stream", NOT "convert to a crappy format like wmv/xvid".

I'm expecting a NO since google isn't helping.

For xbox you really are going to have to reconvert. And if you convert to WMVHD with VC-1, it looks and plays just fine. (according to the ones I've seen, haven't done this myself).

Yeah let us all know....
If you convert to a "not" so crappy format like .mp4 you can, notice the word "Stream" to the xbox with great results...
I, notice the word "convert" with XviD4PSP or Megui and notice the word "stream" with TVersity....
