Changing the address new tool notifications get sent to

The e-mail address I used to get new tool notifications on has just been discontinued and so I no longer get the notifications. How can I change the e-mail address I get these notifications on? I have tried entering a new address but all I get is a message that says you are already subscribed to receive a notification.

Click on the "Unsubscribe here" when it says that you already subscribing. You must do it for all your tools...so never ever change email address. .

How can I get a list of all the tools I'm subscribed to receive update notifications on? Obviously I'm not receiving the notifications anymore, so that isn't a reminder that will help me and I can't remember all the ones I've subscribed to.

I always wondered why this address is separate from the one we enter to receive notifications of replies to posts, PMs, etc? It's a bit of a drag to have to look up the relevant address (I use a different spam guarded address for every site, I can't remember them all) every time I subscribe to an alert. It's not a big deal, but seems an unnecessary complication.

Agreed. It should be a simple case of ticking a checkbox and you're done. There should be no need to enter any passwords or addresses at all. Notifications should just come to the same address used for forum registration in the first place.

I have now switched emails to same as the forum email. And if you are logged in to the forum you can go to http://www.videohelp.com/tools?listnotifytools=1 and check your watched tools.
