What's available as an intermediate format for a Mac? I have 50i HDV, 1080i and was going to edit with Cineform on a PC (capture conversion to 24p), can I do this on a Mac? Thanks again,

Edit: Doh! I thought CineForm was PC-only: http://www.cineform.com/products/MacOS.htm Any other good Mac solutions?

FCP 6 can capture your files natively using apple's HDV intermediate or use prores. If the files have been captured already, you can use mpegstreamclip to export your hdv files to prores, apple HDV, or quicktime from your pc, then bring those file in on fcp.
