Is there any freeware out there that will allow me to replace the audio on a piece of video? (The thing runs about a minute and a half.)
I suppose something that people use to do music videos based on scenes from movies and TV shows would do it, but I have no idea where to look or what to look for.
If not freeware, then at least a recommendation for other software that'll do it?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

We have no idea either, unless you tell us the format you are asking about.
For AVI type files, try VirtualDub.
