    what happen to my dvd format when i play with my car dvd player same of the output show as below

    It could be a PAL/NTSC-issue. Is it a commercial dvd or have you made/converted it yourself?

    What if you play a store bought DVD? That means commercial made DVD.

    Idea is to separate hardware or standards format from the problem.

    same commercial DVD i bought is ok but same cannot
    or maybe my car dvd player setting is not correct?

    As noted above, it is still likely a PAL/NTSC issue. First, you need to find out the region/format information of your car player. Second, you need to ensure you are trying to play DVD's for the region that your car player supports.

    How are you converting ? With what software ?

    Use G-spot or Media Info on the VOBs to see if they really are PAL or NTSC.

    What format does the manual specify the player will play back ?
