    does any knows any kinds of software that can remove the language letter which appear on the movie which we playing.

    If they're "burned into" or "embedded in" the video, then they can't be removed unless you crop them out or cover them up. Open the video in VDub(Mod). Scroll around. If you see the text, then it's burned in and nothing can be done. If they are external subtitles of some sort, then they can be turned off or removed.
