Are you sure that log is from that error? There is a difference in the Build numbers....

ok - i see that you are doing 2 pass encoding.... Can you try with just the single pass option?

What happens if you try with the _S2D.mpg file?

I'm not sure what you mean by _S2D.mpg file. I believe that _S2D.mpg file is created during the conversion. When I open the folder the _S2D.mpg file is 0KB is size. The original .avi file is there along with a log file.

I have the same problem and there was no response to the OP. Can somebody help? I don't have a log because the program closed after receiving the error. I am running Vista Home Premium SP 1, 2GB of ram (is this not enough?) with a Quad Core processor. Thanks.
