    You actually have so few options that it's less a question of "best," than it is one of "what still works?"

    Aside from iCab (which is the most recently supported browser for Classic), there's still IE version 5.1 (IIRC). Those two are what most folks on Classic still use. They have different rendering engines, so if a page looks goofy with one, try the other browser. Repeat as necessary.
