    I have several videos with voices and water running nearby (to be kept) and heavy wind blowing into the mic (to be removed or at least lowered).
    Is there a tool/method you recommend for processing these audio tracks?

    That two together will nix most audio errors. (90%?)

    That error you've described is hard, however. I'd have to have a sample clip as WAV.
