    I bought this recorder used and the previous owner tried to hach it withount knowing what he was doing and in my personal point of view, it is like this in all his life....

    anyway, I just want to compare my OP code for this model. you'll find this in the service menu, watchout no to touch anything, turn off the unit to cancel.

    how to go in the service menu: press both CLEAR button on the remote control and down arrow on the recorder for the same time until the window appear. I need the XX number please

    OP3: XX
    OP4: XX
    OP5: XX
    OP6: XX
    OP7: XX
    OP8: XX


    or you can tel me if you have the same info that I have







    HOW TO CHECK FIRMWARE VERSION
    1) Press SETUP on the remote control
    2) Go onto TV icon and select it, then select DISPLAY FORMAT, go onto "16:9" without selecting it
    3) Press 1 3 9 7 1 3 9 buttons and then ENTER

    If you have the genuine, stock firmware that will be very good too. I want to restart from scratch.
