    Western Digital's new 300GB 10K drive is queued up at NowDirect.com for $270+S&H

    Twice the size of the current Raptor ($170 at Newegg).

    I'd love to pick up a couple of these puppies myself.

    Unfortunately, the price isn't right. The 32 GB version costs about US$1000!
