  1. I converted VOB to DV AVI with Huffyuv and maintained the 23.976 fps. The VOB files were originally split up within the episodes. So a DVD may have say 6 VOB files.

    After taking the converted files in Adobe Premiere, I noticed that when moving from one VOB to the next on the timeline, about 5 or more frames were missing. Can this be prevented?

    I have encountered that problem, too. The remedy was to combine all VOBs into one single VOB using VOBMerge. Look for it in the Tools section.
