Youtube like videos on website?

How do I get that done?

I would like to add video onto a website; however, i want it done like how youtube has it, which is with the play button at the start of the movie and the loading sign. I know that it is asking for much but still.

I was thinking about using flash but i can not recall if they or any over site who was able to duplicate it used flash.

Maybe you can use http://flowplayer.org/ and configure it to look the same.
