    Any Authoring Software to adjust for Color, Tint, Contrast on DVDs or MPG2 files --- Thanks for any advice

    Can't be done without re-encoding. Can be done by

    AVI Demux
    Virtualdub mpeg-2
    Avisynth (with DGIndex)
    Tmpgenc
    Premiere Pro
    Vegas
    Ulead VideoStudio or Media Studio Pro

    and any number of other programs

    But in all cases you will have to re-encode the video and put the DVD back together again.

    Will Tmpgenc or the others mentioned re-encode and burn to disc with the ifo & vob files after color adjustments?

    The later version of Tmpgenc DVD Author will, but I don't know how good the filters are. VideoStudio possibly will as well.

    Personally, I don't use all-in-one tools if I need to process video, as they seldom as good a job as dedicated tools.
