Converting PAL VOB FILES TO NTSC VOB FILES...

Ok heres the scoop,I have two dvd players and one is a all region that dont like to play dvdr's so I have to play my burnt movies on my region one dvd player.I have pal vob files that I would like to convert to ntsc so I could play them on my dvd player.I need a free converter that doesnt leave a water mark.I normally use ConvertX2dvd and that works for converting avi's to vob pal to ntsc and vice versa but it wont let me convert vob files.Any help would be appreciated.

Would I lose any picture quality? and would I have to do anything to keep the audio?

I normally use ConvertX2dvd and that works for converting avi's to vob pal to ntsc and vice versa but it wont let me convert vob files.

Sure it does.... i just did 4 PAL dvd's to NTSC dvd's this week by just ripping the disc, dropping it onto ConvertXtoDvd v2.2.3 and burning the resulting folder, but you lose the menu's unless you make new ones in the program.
