    oh yeah , not sure if the zune plays customs resolutions other than 320x240 640x480 and 720x480. so if the video dont play at all with 320x176,etc it probably aint you , its the zune
    if all else fails read the damn manual

    I use the AVS Video Converter. I use the following format:

    Video:
    WMV9
    320x240
    500kbps
    30fps

    Audio:
    Mp3
    Stereo
    16-bit
    44100KHz
    128kbps
