Hi,
Just trying to use the latest version of ripbot and it keeps erroring while demuxing audio streams. It says "pic_order_cnt_type !=1". I am trying to convert a m2ts file to mkv. Or is there a better way of doing it?
Any ideas?
Many Thanks

There's nothing to "convert" anyway. Both M2TS and MKV are containers. You need to remux, not convert with any encoding app like RipBot. You are only wasting time and quality when it's only a container shift.
Use TSMuxer GUI. Load your M2TS file, then select "Demux", then "Start Demuxing" to remove the video and audio streams you select.
Then use MKVToolnix, with the MKVMerge GUI to mux the streams into an MKV file.
EDIT: Never tried the latest RipBot, and don't know of its errors, and this "demuxing" it's supposed to do is new to me, but nevertheless, if it's not doing it for you, there's other ways to move streams without having to "convert".Been away for a while and busy with work the last few months so I had no time for forums. My apologies for any emails I couldn't get to in time - missed you all! :-)
