I need help. I have a large collection of 35mm slides that I want to transfer to DVDs. I bought a scanner so as to scan the slides. Where do I save the scans to and how do I eventually transfer
the pictures to a DVD for viewing on the computer or on a TV?

Save them to your HDD in highest quality possible quality and backup the original images to a DVDRs. THen use a DVD PhotoSlide show creator like Proshow, MemoriesOntv or DVD slideshow GUI.

Create a computer folder called SLIDES
    Scan the slides
Save the scans as jpeg, bitmap, tiff (etc etc etc) images
    Open your slideshow software
    Insert scans of slides
    Create your slideshow
    Burn your slideshow to disc

    Simple

Then you should get someone who knows computers to give you a tutorial on Windows and creating folders.

I created discs (using DVD-R discs) using the Roxio program that was included on my Dell computer. I also finalized the discs as I was instructed to do but I can only play the discs on my computer. I have tried to play the discs on TV's using 3 different DVD players. Any suggestions?
