    Can anyone tell me what the best and quickest way is to convert an NTSC .Vob to PAL .Vob, and the other way around?

    Try MPEG2 WORKS 3. It's 3 applications to do all sorts of A/V wizardry. I find it compliments ffmpegX well. There may be one in ffmpegX to do it, but I've not tried it. Supposedly you can do it also in toast but i've not tried it.
