did u check LG for firmware update ?
..........as MJA suggested - look for newer firmware.Originally Posted by BDR

I've updated my firmware but nothing... still doesn't work any other solution or I have to call LG?
What playback software are you using to play Blu Ray.
Have your updated your software to the latest version and checked for updates.
Obviously the installed software is the problem......

Do you have AnyDVD HD installed.
Ive read on another forum there is a conflict between AnyDVD HD and discs with BD+. Try disabling AnyDVD HD.
