Converting, cutting, and joining audio files in an only software!?

Hi everybody,

Does anyone know a software that can:

1. Converting among the audio files
2. Cutting from a big audio file
3. Joining the different audio files in one file

Please help me if you know about it, thank you very much!

pretty much any audio software will do it. Audacity is free and will do it.

Thank you for helping me, but do you have any other softwares? I want to try all of them, so please show me! I am trying the Audacity of 69maco, and the Sound Forge of Babysittah then I can't, because it costs too less $400 , but it seems a pro software, thank you for your help!

PS: I am a newcomer, I don't speak English so well, so forgive me about that...
