Have a 14.5gb HD show.It is in 100mb chunks.I also have them in a single .TS file.Neither will load in HDTV2DVD.The program just hangs and freezes.I ran it through Videoredo Plus "quick stream fix" and still no go.
I then made a sample 5mb of one of the 100mb chunks. That sample was able to load and I don't understand how since it came from a 100mb chunk that will not load in HDTV2DVD
I have other .TS files that load just fine.

    Have any ideas?

I had this happen to me as well in HDTV2DVD with both large (4-5GB) and small files (<1GB). This is why I purchased the SVCD2DVD 2.5. (Which won't start up). I am interested to get either one working.

Yeah.Trying to figure out why it "somewhat" works.
I have a 9gb file that loads perfectly fine.I have even tried several of the 100mb chucks and they seem to load just fine but trying to add that file as a whole is just not happening.
Going to see what happens when I join half the files into approx. 7gb file and load it.

    EDIT:
Cant load single 14.5gb file.HDTV2DVD hangs and get "Program Not Responding"
Run the file through VideoReDo "quick stream fix" and it fixes some things.
Cant load fixed file in HDTV2DVD.Program hangs and get "Program Not Responding"
I can load the individual 100mb chucks just fine.

    Is 14.5gb too large?

    EDIT #2
Here is the M2R log that perhaps cant help.

So I downloaded the DEMO of SVCD2DVD and the file loads fine.
I loaded the files in 100mb chucks as well as a single 14.5gb file.

I am going to assume that HDTV2DVD has an issue somewhere.

Is there no support for this being that it is free or something?

  7. ffmpeg in H2D is an older version than in S2D. S2D is your best bet as I believe development has stopped on H2D.

Seems odd though that other .TS work fine.I cant tell myself, but maybe the .TS I have is different in some way that cant be read by HDTV2DVD like all my other .TS files?

As Jikchung states no development on H2D has been done for ages and so it may struggle with some newer files. S2D has updated versions of ffmpeg so, in the main, that is why it loads your files more consistantly.

Yes, the registry edit did the trick for me. The program now starts correctly. Thanks all!
