    Hi, there too many softwares and instructions available so I think it's easier to ask this.

    I want to convert DVD movie to my Nokia mobile phone (N95), which is the best software to do this (=best quality). I think the best format is H264 (mp4). And of course freeware is always advantage.

    Yep, H264 is best. DVDFab is probably easiest but not free. Or else you can try AutoMKV, RipBot264, XviD4PSP.
