  1. Is there any difference in quality between players? I used to use RealPlayer, but was told the quality was lower than if I used WinAmp. I really just wanna clarify if there's any difference in quality amongst all the players, and if so, which has the highest quality.

    Another note just be sure it supports purchased music files if you have any. Or subscription files also. You may not be able to play those with some of the non mainstream players.

    Anything with DRM will most likely only play in a specific player, anyway.
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?

    well windows media player does work with wma encrpyted files.

    real player wraps itself round your registry and likes to phone home all the time.
    use real alternative or gom player imo
