    can someone plz tell me in easy terms what i need to do to make a film more clearer and not so blocky ;seems to be ok on pc is there a way to get a better copy after converting;when the film has black in it its shows the blocks more plz help and thanks as allways.

    One world: bitrate. And choose highest quality in Motion Search Setting. But it can't get rid of all the block noise, because the bitrate is only 1150 kb if you are making VCD with TMPG. No matter how hard you try. Your options: a) XVCD b) SVCD with CCE. I recommend latter.
