    Hi I would like to know how do embed windows media player into a webpage to show a live stream not a video file, so the url will be "mms://iport" not a file, I couldnt get any info on yahoo, so Im turning now to the experts. Thank you in advance

  3. First you need a streaming server. Do you have a server that will stream?

    You can embed the file in a webpage with normal server for a "poor mans" version but the user loses the ability for example to FF etc.

    Yes Im using VLC and the stream using Windows Media Player on its own is working well, I want to embed the player into the webpage.
