How to view Personal Tool List

This thread http://forum.videohelp.com/topic236806.html talks about creating and viewing a personal tool list.

I can still add tools to my personal list, but the pull-down to view it isn't on the tools page anymore and I haven't been able to find a link or pull-down elsewhere. The capability seems to still exists in the system somewhere - when I add a new tool to my list, I'm taken to a page that displays my list, but otherwise I can't find a way to get to it.

Any suggestions?
