FAVC 1.04..Please Advice..Every time I convert PAL to NTSC

It seems like I have a problem I have gone through 10 Taiyo Yuden DVD-Rz and still no luck...

What happens is I am trying to convert this PAL to NTSC via FAVSC and everything works out smoothly until it opens IMG Burn to Burn the files...

IMG Burn opens I say Burn and then it goes Writing LeadIn and then it it says 5% then it says Syncronizating and it completes...No Files on DVD-R

Please help me I have pix shoing my FAVSC Setup and GSPOT Video I am trying to convert...Please help me fix this Problem...thanks

make iso and burn with nero hope that works.

PS. up date fav theres a new fav 105 out in tools .

I don't use FAVC but looking at your screen shots I see a big NO NO. You have it set to NOT make an ISO but then to burn with ImgBurn.

While it is true that ImgBurn can burn from a set of DVD Video files it is advised to make an ISO first. I bet you that is the problem.

Also as an aside ... I see you are using QuEnc as your encoder. HC is a much better encode and is just as free.

Actually, I'd recommend trying to burn the ISO with Imgburn, over Nero.

As for FAVC 1.05, some people have apparently been having problems with it, according to this topic:

It may be better to stick with 1.04, for the moment.

NEVER burn directly after converting. That way lies madness and a big pile of coasters. No program is reliable enough to trust without testing the output first.

Always convert to a HDD folder, then test the output, then burn.
