    I was wondering if this conversion is possible.I currently use mkv2vob to convert these mkv's to vob for playback on the ps3. The only problem is only 1 of the 5 hd rips that I have can actually rewind and fast foward, but all the others can't do this after being converted. apparently it's a common problem with mkv2vob. Also currently mkv2vob can't produce a 1080p mkv that will playback on the ps3. So I'm looking for a solution on how to convert a 1080p mkv to 720 mkv. any ideas? thanks

    Maybe reconvert with AutoMKV.
